What to Expect
During your first appointment, you will have ample opportunity to discuss your concerns, goals, history, and current needs directly with your provider. This initial visit helps us build a deep understanding of how we can support you and craft a personalized care plan.
Telehealth Instructions
All visits are conducted via our secure telehealth platform. You will receive a secure link prior to your appointment. Please ensure you are in a private, quiet location physically within a state where we are licensed to provide care.
Medication Policies
Prescription refills require 48 hours' notice and are only processed during standard business hours. Controlled substances mandate strict compliance with state regulations and require regular face-to-face (video) follow-ups.
